How to add a email signature

Here is a how to guide on how to setup an email signature with Hellodaddy using your email client.

Here are the steps that you can perform:

Step 1:

Locate your HTML signature file

Step 2:

Open the file in your browser

Step 3:

Select your signature and disclaimer. Right click and select copy.

Step 4:

Open a new email. Go to the signature icon and select signatures

Step 5:

Create a new email signature

Step 6:

Give your new signature a name

Step 7:

In the space below, paste your signature

Step 8:

Tidy up your signature

Step 9:

All done! Click save.

Remember to send a test email to yourself.
